@johnbishop Thanks for that information, John. I've been pre-diabetic for a long time as well, but never had an A1C over 6.1 and usually it is 6.0 or 5.9. I'll have to give this supplement some thought.

John, how much do you use on a daily basis and how do you take it? Do you mix it in with something else? I can't imagine that it would taste very good.

Hi Teresa @hopeful33250. I take 2 tablets every morning of Best Naturals, Brewers Yeast which has 1000 mg of Brewer's Yeast among some other vitamins. They are kind of big and chalky to swallow but you could easily crush them and add them to pretty much anything. I actually swallow them with water that has my collagen hydrolysate mixed in it. I don't think there is much taste to them.

@johnbishop Ok, that is helpful. From the video presentation it sounded as if you had to take it in tablespoon form but it is good to know that it is in a tablet as well.

Teresa -- it's cheap too! At $10.49 on Amazon for 240 tablets and 2 tablets per day dosage = 120 days or 6 months supply.
