I had months of PT and my dyssenergia has improved but I still can’t completely empty. I am repeating the anorectol manometry because my current PT thinks my muscles aren’t strong enough to completely evacuate. I take miralax and senna but if I get really constipated which I do and I have to take more senna then I get days of diarrhea. I have been trying to find some help managing my laxatives. I just had a very bad episode of fecal incontinence after a year. I feel discouraged.
