@nanhall What a wonderful trip! Those are such beautiful places, and October is a lovely time to travel. My pulmonologist told me I generally don't have to worry about flying since the airline cabins are pressurized, but he recommended I rent a portable oxygen unit for "just in case." You'll have it if you need it, and it will put your mind at ease. Enjoy your trip!

@nanhall Sleeping was difficult too - I now think it a combination of low oxygen and being badly deconditioned, having just finished a long course of antibiotics for MAC. I have been at altitude since then without issue, but allow several days of going up gradually to acclimate.
