I had the green light laser surgery performed on my enlarged prostate 2 years ago without any complication. My PSA level has been holding at 0.33

@rich9164809 Great! The only downside to GL is the inability to biopsy the lasered tissue.
HOLEP and TURP do allow for this…
When my PCa was ultimately discovered on biopsy (4+3) it was quite extensive. The surgeon speculated that I probably had the cancer at the time the GL was done; easy to say - tsk, tsk - but impossible to prove!
