Hi Vicki @nana1956, welcome to Connect. I've also been in the pre-diabetic category most of my adult life and suspect my neuropathy could have been partly due to the metabolic syndrome which is connected with diabetes. Probably the best thing you can do is what you are doing right now - learning more about neuropathy and what others have found helpful.
