@lindentea - I know what you mean, I was 54 and going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week with my sons. I played competitive soccer for 20 years and kept my self fit my whole life. No smoking and very little alcohol. After my 3rd COVID vaccine (Pfizer) my breathing has been very labored doing simple tasks, walking up stairs at home etc. If I am in a supermarket, I need to take a break during the walk around to get produce. I have had heart and lung tests and they did not find any issues. Five years on and there is no improvement. When it happens I go grey and zone out. I have constant ringing in my ears and my blood pressure spikes giving me headaches. When I mentioned to the doctors that it was fine before the vaccines, they talk to me like I am a child and dismiss my claims.

@sbar99920 I developed constant ear ringing too. I think one ear is now losing hearing but I’ve been to the ENT so many times hoping he could do his part in figuring out the breathing issues that I haven’t even started addressing the ear issues. Other than the one child who was spared from vaccination, we all have heart rhythm issues now but for all three of us we are being told that’s normal. Teenage hormones for my teenager must be the cause, too much caffeine or stress for the adults which is interesting because nobody in our families, no history of it on either side, had those things before. If there is a way to dm, please consider keeping in touch.
