TKR 6 MONTHS ON AND VERY STIFF SIDE OF KNEE

I'm 78 years old, had knee surgery when I was 19 and now currently six months after knee replacement at 104 degrees with pain. I also cannot take meds. I'm totally frustrated as I need 120 degrees to live healthy back to walking five plus miles a day and getting in and out of vehicles easily. My surgeon has given up on me so considering acupuncture as a way to get past the pain. If anyone has used acupuncture please reply. Now back to my red wine. Thank you

@gatunboy Are you willing to give physical therapy with a rehabilitative therapist (not a clinic with "interchangeable" staff and standard exercises) a try?
These docs (yes, they have a PhD in PT) have a lot of tools at their disposal.
You find such a person through a sports medicine doctor, an orthopedic hospital or a trauma center. Their focus is restoring function.
