Hello. Have you been tested for autoimmune disease? I am NOT a doctor but my own doctor suspected I had celiac disease several years ago. When he tested my blood, it came back that I do have this. When I eventually quit easting gluten, my gut pain was less. If I cheat by eating gluten, I am sick for many days. My gut pain is horrible, I ache all over and I cannot have a BM for days. This is just my experience but it is becoming more common for people to have this. Also, are you under the care of a GI doctor? I would think that finding a sympathetic GI doctor is the way to help you. I am sorry you are suffering.

@charliegirl
I see a GI doctor. My constant upper left abdominal pain isn't related to food.
