@mjb24 I have BE, NTM, and asthma. I've experienced fatigue off and on since 2024. Last year, I started taking Chinese herbs which really helped but I switched to NMN and Coq10 supplements 1.5 months ago after my brother text me about clinical NMN studies and how they improve fatigue, strength, and endurance for the aging and/or chronically ill. My sister also chimed in. My brother is an anesthesiologist and my sister a geneticist (who ran medical research labs and wrote a book on aging), so good sources of information. I read a few studies and that was enough for me. The NMN and CoQ10 is a precursor to ATP (cellular energy)-which is what we need. Within 2 weeks of starting the NMN, I noticed a difference in my energy. A friend of mine started the 2 supplements last week, it will be interesting to see if she's noticed a difference. I also take Vitamin D3, which many of us with BE are deficient. I'm just happy I could stop the Chinese herbs; they worked but were very expensive and caused GI issues. The Eastern Medicine doctor had started me on 16 capsules/day (4 for energy and 4 for liver), I eventually cut it back to just 4 of the energy capsules but could never go off of them, now I don't need them anymore.

@mjb24 Mary, I’m sorry that it’s back. I try to do all the right things to lessen the fatigue like consistently doing my airway clearance etc. somedays, I have to take a nap. Best, Jessed
