So, husband is 66 with normal PSA until last annual check up and it was 4.2 but that was an increase from about 2.5 one year prior. Referred to a Urologist who drew an isoPSA on August 25. Result was 18.6 Not great. So Doc ordered the mpMRI. How long was it before you all had your MRI after isoPSA draw? We have plans to be out of the country starting in 3 weeks and gone for 3 weeks and there are no MRI appts before we leave except for 2 days before we leave. So they scheduled him right after our return on Oct 19. QUESTION: That is 2 months from the isoPSA draw date. Is that too long or should we push for the MRI before we leave (and then probably not have the result and be even more stressed while gone) or just wait until Oct 19th or cancel our trip? Thank you
