I feel that way som etime I don't have an answer for you except the old cliche if taking it one day at a time. It is difficult to do if you are very anxious. Do you take any medications that help with anxiety? I know a lot of people don't kike to rely on them but if it helps you to live one day at a time it might be worthwhile. If you have a doctor that you can talk about this issue, they might suggest something so you can be less anxious.
