Hello Graybeard

I am 4 months since implant and have had no "bad luck" with the device. Having said that you should know that during the medical screening interview, either the first or second question the Surgeon asked me was "can you orgasm? ...to which I replied yes. He also explained that whatever SPL (stretched penile length) I was prior to the procedure is "about where I will be after the procedure" minus about a half an inch that will stretch out within 6 months with use. The "perceived penile shortening" we see is a combination of the natural contraction of the tunica for those of us that are no longer getting night erections prior to the surgery and post surgical contraction that should stretch out again. . Basically, we go into the IPP procedure shorter. The procedure does not add much of anything other than girth (about 15% wider depending on the model implant).
Having said all that I would emphasize what was said in the previous posts by Jeff, Tuckerp and Brianjarvis. Not being able to orgasm would be an issue in my opinion and you definitely need to get your testosterone and hormone levels checked. I saw a sexual medicine therapist prior to the implant and we tried everything (trimix, etc) along with checking hormone levels and such. I also engaged in penile therapy for 4 months prior to the implant to help stretch things out again. The implant does feel a little different than a natural penis and there is still some numbness at the incision site that should go away, but overall it has been a positive experience on the PC train ride.
