To all - please note that the author does not mention using Google, Meta or AI for serious research, because it is SO difficult to separate good information from bad.

Another good search engine for finding research studies & systematic reviews is:
scholar.google.com.

Google Scholar has the advantages of being able to set a time frame for your research and to limit the responses to only systematic reviews.
