Honestly it’s a tricky situation to be in, sometimes people get put on a new medication and then another one until you’re taking 3 or more and still suffering from withdrawal. I chose to stop taking everything and I was in doctor’s care who felt that it was best for me, it was pure hell and all I used to cope was Ativan, it didn’t take away the symptoms but it kept me grounded so I could endure the stress. It’s been going on seven months now and it’s somewhat improved in intensity but I still get brain zaps in the morning and random headaches.
