Susan gave you very good advice. You need to see an neurologist.
My concussion was in 2019. A CT scan of the brain was normal immediately following it.
This fall, hitting my head, kicked off migraine attacks I have to this day. And believe it or not, the right side of my head still has sensitivity to touch in the exact area where I hit my head. My "brain" has not been the same since, having symptoms you have plus truly awful headaches. I noticed I am almost always in a brain fog, some cognitive impairment issues, balance issues, sensitivity to light. If I am under a period of stress and it could be as simple as being around a group of people for an extended social event, I start to feel "sick". My brain MRI is not "normal" I have a few areas of "hyperintensities" (white spots) which indicate lack of blood flow. And to top it off - I have small vessel brain disease (not uncommon in seniors, I am 71).
Although it's not a good picture by any means, I do the best I can. I did have neuropsychological testing also which indicated a high degree of anxiety. I have panic disorder and PTSD.
You need more neurological testing and a work up for sure.
All the best to you.

@briarrose THanks for the info. I will contact a neurologist. I had not really considered that.
