@skh2003: Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect for a concern it appears you've had for nearly 3 years now. Treating what is broadly referred to as concussions can be complex as the term is applied to a variety of symptoms that can be attributed to a variety of causes, usually involving a direct hit to the head. Initial imaging tests are usually not performed as no changes (i.e. skull fracture, significant hemorrhage/swelling) can be detected soon after the injury occurred; rather testing for such things as balance, vision, immediate recall, speech (for slurring) and vision is usually performed. More severe concussions are generally accompanied by loss of consciousness and tend to have more long lasting effects. In such cases, more extensive testing may be warranted by a specialist such as a neurologist. In some cases, if an organic physical cause is not found, neuropsychological testing may be recommended.

This is a guide to concussions per Mayo Clinic: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/concussion/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20355600

As you have continued to report symptoms that have been troubling to you, have you or would you consider an appoitment with a neurologist in your area for a full evaluation?
