@tjanet Have docs done testing for adhesions, constipation, etc.? Has anyone suggested intestinal massage to you? My chiro showed me how to do it and I think it works well for me. Just type in a search engine ''intestinal/colon massage.'' There are diagrams, and videos of the massage. I just use my index and middle finger to do the clockwise rotation along the path of the colon, starting with the ascending colon, moving to the transverse colon, to the descending colon. I do this daily. I'm on tramadol, a synthetic opioid, so it's easy to become constipated. I take milk of magnesia 2xday, with my fiber...it helps along with the massage. I'm not a fan of ''trigger point'' injections as it can ''add another layer'' of scar tissue to an already troubled area. Most ppl have told me that injections do nothing for them. I had some in my spine and they did nothing, I think it's a big money maker for pain docs....that's just my take.

@ladonnai
Abdominal massage makes my abdominal pain worse. My abdominal pain isn't from constipation.

@ladonnai for some a little colon massage, lower belly from R to L can bring on a bowel movement on occasion. Gently !
