@jeffmarc I just learned something new. I took Orgovyx evenings with Prilosec and had some pretty wicked hot flashes, moderated somewhat by Oxybutynin.

@jime51 prilosec is nasty stuff...messed me up many yrs ago..dont take it unless you really need it..3-6 days max..then stop

So did you switch the Orgovyx to the morning? Did it help.
I take Prilosec in the morning and I never have a problem at night as a result. If I don’t take it, I do get acid indigestion every night. Yes, I could take it at night, but taking it in the morning keeps me clear all day and works through the night. You could switch the Prilosec to morning, but maybe you have found that you have problems at night if you do that. Would be interesting if you mentioned, what you have experienced.
You have to take the Prilosec on an empty stomach. Isn’t that a little difficult if you do it in the evening.
