Hi here is a very encouraging article about long Covid fatigue and creatine. I’ve been suffering with long Covid fatigue and migraines for the past 5 1/2 years have tried a bunch of different things. I’m very encouraged and hopeful that this creatine might help because this is at the cellular level.

In my situation Covid reactivated the Epstein-Barr virus that was laying dormant in my body for 35 years from college when I had mono.

I would also recommend a program called Thriveninety.com. I went through the program and it explains and helps you learn how to pace yourself, look at your diet, gives you some exercises, etc. that will help many no matter what kind of long Covid you have or where you are on your journey. Hope these help. Stay strong, it is a slow and steady recovery ❤️‍🩹

@julesmango So, I’m curious - yes, it is written all over the literature, and especially with a recent study all over the news, that covid can reawaken dormant viruses (like EBV), but did your health system definitively diagnose this?

If it did “reactivate” it, you’re saying that you are actively sick with mono (tested contagious) and have been for 5+ years?
