Current technology says that testosterone does not fuel prostate cancer after initial radiation treatment. The study at Baylor actually believe that low testosterone may accelerate and even cause prostate cancer. This is why my urologist prescribed TRT for me.

Again, this is true only for people with milder cases of prostate cancer, If you could call any case that. If you have an aggressive case of prostate cancer, then eliminating testosterone can help a lot to stop the cancer from growing and spreading.
Yes, at some point testosterone may help but it sure doesn’t do that in the First few years for people with aggressive cases.
I have an aggressive, genetic problem BRCA2 and staying on ADT kept my PSA undetectable for 2 1/2 years. The introduction of extra testosterone would’ve accelerated the growth of my cancer and also endangered me for breast cancer.
