Had a 2cm lesion removed 7/25, started Keytruda in late September, every 3 week. Following negative PET and CT scans coupled with good bloodwork, off Keytruda now after 11treatments in favor of alternating scans and bloodwork every 3 months. Experienced some side effects, itching and loose bowels, loss of energy. Keytruda worked for me. Initially, following surgery, the Signtera test showed trace amounts of melanoma. When diagnosed 6/25 I started on a healthy diet plan , eliminating processed foods and including, white sugar, flour, fried. Stayed on a positive mind set.
