For me what makes this forum a safe place to share ideas, experiences and thoughts that have been helpful to us and may be for others is simple.
Be careful about making light of or mocking others. We have no idea what someone is going through. It can be hurtful and also cause some to leave or stop sharing things that may be helpful to a member.

You are so right! Consider other people's feelings. We are all different and going through many difficult issues or we usually wouldn't be here. It's so nice to have a place to come and share our thoughts with others. People should just remember to be polite like you suggested!
