@lindentea - I know what you mean, I was 54 and going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week with my sons. I played competitive soccer for 20 years and kept my self fit my whole life. No smoking and very little alcohol. After my 3rd COVID vaccine (Pfizer) my breathing has been very labored doing simple tasks, walking up stairs at home etc. If I am in a supermarket, I need to take a break during the walk around to get produce. I have had heart and lung tests and they did not find any issues. Five years on and there is no improvement. When it happens I go grey and zone out. I have constant ringing in my ears and my blood pressure spikes giving me headaches. When I mentioned to the doctors that it was fine before the vaccines, they talk to me like I am a child and dismiss my claims.

@lindentea: I know EXACTLY how you feel. I have the same issue. My breathing problem didn't start until about 6 month after I received the first two doses. I wish I had never gotten them, but we were planning a trip overseas and had to have them to travel. Of course, as soon as we received them, travel was heavily restricted and we couldn't go. One of the doses I received was Moderna; my husband received shots from Pfizer, and he is not experiencing any issues whatsoever. Don't know, however, if that has anything to do with my breathing issues or not. I am on 6 liters per minute of oxygen 24/7. At home, I have an oxygen concentrator and a 50-foot hose, that I call my 'leash', which allows me free rein throughout the house (we're in an apartment). When we go out, I have purchased a portable, but it only goes up to 5 LPM. I couldn't find anything that went higher. Even when I'm on oxygen, any exertion at all - walking into another room, getting something to drink, changing clothes, even bathing - and I have to sit for 5 - 10 minutes to catch my breath. I have to stop halfway up a single flight of stairs just to catch my breath, even on oxygen. And leaving the house? Ha. It takes me the next day to recover my strength. I hate it. I was perfectly healthy before receiving the shots. I've seen a pulmonologist and there's nothing wrong with my lungs or my air flow - perfectly normal. My heart is also fine, I just have A-fib, which isn't causing the problem. I live on the East Coast and I'm at the point of going to Johns Hopkins or the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, NY to see if they can figure out what's wrong. If doctors could prove for sure that it was the shots that caused my breathing issue, I would sue the government. It infuriates me that we were basically forced to take shots that were unproven, untested on humans, and not even guaranteed to work. We were, essentially, lab rats. The medical 'experts' said the benefits outweighed the negative impacts, but those of us who are affected by them are not in agreement, I'm sure. Good luck. If I get any positive news or cure, I'll be sure to post here.
