I have IBC Stage 1 no lymph involvement. I could not tolerate AIs so have been switched to Baby Tam 10mg every other day. I am awaiting the approval of the new drug for early stage BC by the FDA scheduled for November 2026. I plan to switch to it when it comes to market.

I am having mouth sores from the baby tam and some migraine headaches but I can live with it. It is my only choice at the moment.
