Elevated rnp is positive for mctd
Speckled Ana is typical of lupus. You mentioned a rash that the dermatologist wouldn’t biopsy. The lupus rash can be anywhere.

@artemis1886 I’m now positive for ANA again/negative for RNP, but after coming off the biologic, (I guess there was less suppression) - a myomarker panel that had been done some 10 times and negative each time became positive … the V shaped rash on the chest + Tif-1 antibodies + weakness = dermatomyositis.

But my doctor still doesn’t think we have the whole picture, but she doesn’t think it’s lupus. I hate autoimmune illness 🙁
