I'm not sure how the doctor warning about causing your nerves more pain can say so without a diagnosis of your current pain and without giving you an alternative option, unless I'm missing something?

He looked at the MRI and saw that the space was extremely tight, maybe almost gone and said it would be very difficult to get a needle into the space for one thing, then adding pressure of the medicine going in could possibly harm the nerve.
