I too had extremely high RNP and a negative ANA. My symptoms were extreme fatigue and horrible muscle and joint pain, along with extreme anxiety, panic attacks and depression. Turns out I had late stage Lyme disease (it was misdiagnosed as ringworm a year prior.) I also developed a scleroderma type lesion on my face around the time I developed the lyme rash. This turned into hemifacial atrophy (Parry Romberg Syndrome.). I would definitely see a Lyme literate medical doctor if you still do not have answers. Good luck!
