@ginmav I haven't asked about immodium in particular, however a long time ago, one of my doctors suggested taking just a half dose. That seems to calm my system and relieve my lower abdominal pain. I hesitate sometimes if I'm worried about constipation, but usually it gives me a break and relaxes my digestive system. Take care.
