@steveinarizona , looks like you have some questions to find answers to: 1. Was the therapist stimulating for nerves or muscles 2. What setup did they use. I was surprised to find out that for NMES the 2 different setups actually had different waveforms. The large muscle setup was the symmetrical wave for was a simple sine wave and the small muscle setup had a very unique Asymmetrical wave form, and the placement of the negative lead had to be place nearest the heart.
