Weight Gain on Tymlos

@dmedaglio1 I had another thought! With the additional running that you’re doing, do you think you are putting on additional muscle? Muscle weighs more than fat, so that could easily explain some weight gain. I’ll bet it’s muscle.

Hahaha, yes, I’m telling myself all my weight gain is pure muscle!
Seriously, I have gained weight while on Tymlos and I have steadily increased the weight I’m using in strength training so at least SOME of it is muscle.
I also changed my eating habits to include more foods with calcium and that had an effect, too.

I agree that you might be putting on muscle. Even better, you might be gaining bone!
