@bharris202 thank you for response. That is awesome you haven't gained any weight. It's been very frustrating for me. I've actually been more active because I have been increasing my running mileage. I indulge occasionally but there's really been no drastic changes in my diet. I know without a doubt the doctor will say, since I increased my exercise I'm probably overeating. That is not the case because I'm eating the same as I have been for years.

@dmedaglio1 I had another thought! With the additional running that you’re doing, do you think you are putting on additional muscle? Muscle weighs more than fat, so that could easily explain some weight gain. I’ll bet it’s muscle.
