@kevc517 I was, and still am at times, angry and upset at how little I can do. It sux quite frankly. But I realized, that I had to make a choice. Be angry and upset, or not. That is a simple statement, but so hard to do over time. I have learned, the less angry and upset that I am, the better I feel. I think that the stress of it all, mentally, emotionally, and physically, is too overwhelming. My body let's me know. I feel worse. I now just try to take things one second at a time. My goal is to put 60 good seconds together, and then I have had a good minute. Next, try for 60 good minutes. Good minutes lead to good hours and hopefully days. I no longer think about having good days. That is too hard to do. It doesn't work for me. So, I just focus on good seconds and let the rest take care of itself. It took me a few months to start thinking like that, but it really has helped. Do you think that she is open to something like that or is everything still to new to her?

@tomrennie Such good advice for even me as a Caregiver. I find there are times when I feel
like I can's breathe . Please know that I am also praying for you and as a fellow Philles Fan, they have been playing much better lately.
