Yes that is exactly what happened to me. After much pain and inability to raise my arm to even put on my coat, my GP suggested to have a steroid shot or go to PT. I went to PT for about 8 weeks. The therapist said I had arthritis in the upper arm. Well he got me fixed but I have always wondered if it was the infusion. Pray for your recovery.
