@rochelle369 We eat plant based, dairy free....tofu, soy beans, foods made with tempeh, vegees, Amy's Breakfast Tofu Scramble Wraps, Amy's Vegan Bean Burritos, Just Egg Skillet Burritos, salads from Mezeh, ( I add salmon/tuna to some of my salads), oatmeal with blueberries, almond milk, vegee pasta with tomato sauce and Abbott's vegan ground beef, vegee sushi rolls and edamame from our local Ninja restaurant. Our son-in-law makes most of our dinners using vegan cook books, etc. POM juice is good for the heart. We don't drink alcohol. There are a lot of chips and nacho chips made with Avocado oil out now for snackers. That's a peek inside our menu. Thanks for asking; wishing you well!

@prunella1111 I eat healthy and am very careful, but I’m not vegan. I eat a lot of wild caught salmon and organic chicken. I believe that if it’s not organic there are so many poisons in it that I’m not willing to go with it. I quit sodas, artificial sweeteners, fast food and ultra processed foods decades ago. So far, it seems to be working well compared to my peers. I’ll be 80 on my next birthday, but am well aware that anything can happen any day, but that’s ok. What matters to me is that I live an active healthy life for as long as possible. I have been doing yoga for 13 years, just started playing mah Jongg, do my own yard work, clean my home, clean and wax my car, and get between 7,000-10,000steps a day. One lady in my yoga class is 93 and completely independent. It all matters
