Experienced the surgery in July 2022. 1 week in hospital and 1 week at apartment before heading home. Looked at both options but chose surgery. Really not that bad of an operation. Mayo Clinic doctors are excellent. Any other questions let me know.

@therock I think it,s going to be all about the cost with the nhs and my age,am no spring chicken,so not sure if I could stand the radical surgery.The conservative route is still surgery,but only about 2 hours .Thanks for answering,
