@stever1, I'm bringing @davidwrenn into this discussion. He has experience witih FOLFIRI ( folinic acid (leucovorin), fluorouracil (5-FU), and irinotecan) and may have some experience or tips to share with you.

Steve, how are you feeling now? Were you able to have the next round of treatment?

@colleenyoung i missed one dose so its been 4 weeks and I'm still feeling off. Lots of GI distress. I'm due for another round on Monday and really don't want it. Thanks for asking
