Reclast infusion side effects?

My first Reclast infusion was a piece of cake. My recent one this year (2nd one) caused 6 weeks of left hip pain as well as lower back pain. Very stiff as well. FINALLY 2 days ago the pain subsided. I don't think I'll go for #3 next year.

@jar124, the doctor that ran the clinical trials almost never gives the 2nd year Reclast injection because the first is often enough for two years. But he runs bone markers to be certain. Do you think the relief was gradual or rather sudden. Sorry you've suffered.

Will you be taking a drug holiday? I forget what drugs or at least the last bone med before reclast.
