Finally got a diagnosis of tibial nerve compression at the soleal arch. Had surgery yesterday (8-25-26). I did not see my surgeon afterwards but he told my father my nerve was bruised from compression and that he used 10 minutes of shock stimulation on the nerve to kickstart the nerve healing. Hopefully this is the answer and after healing my pain will be gone or at least better.
