@brianjarvis When I broke down in front of the therapists I am sure the cause was from taking orgovyx an hour after taking levothyroxine. Then I started googling the reasons why I did that. One reason was "medications". I read where orgovyx should be taken at least 6 hours after thyroid medicine. Then after my lab work, 3 days after last treatment, TSH was 35. I asked the pharmacist if there was any interaction if I took orgovyx and levothyroxine. She said that she couldn't find any. I should have asked if there were any interaction if I took them within an hour of one another. My concert doctor seemed to think there was no problem with taking orgovyx an hour after thyroid medicine so he was unaware. I have yet to talk with my urologist. When I asked my primary doctor if I should separate the meds, I already did 2 weeks before, she told me to separate. Later I asked her how certain was she that orgovyx taken too soon after thyroid medicine, she told me very certain. If there were only 2 cases involving orgovyx and levothyroxine, not sure they would know. This drug was trialled in the UK and only here since 2021. Thank you for the info on exercising.

@brianjarvis Thank you for your comments. Yes the doctors should have and no they didn't. By doctors I mean the urologist and cancer doctor. When I mentioned that I had looked up the TSH being so high because of orgovyx taken so close to levothyroxine, he sorta brushed me off and said that if that was the case then my T4 would have dropped. When I asked my primary doctor if she thought the combination being so close together caused the spike she said that she was certain that was the case. Only 2 cases that I could find on this issue. Probably being orgovyx being a fairly new drug. I only googled orgovyx, not any ADT. I don't want to get into a boxing match with the doctors. Thank you again.
