@sam44 Hi there! I'm 67 and have only been on Anastrozole for one year, but I'm over here fighting osteoporosis with everything I can find. I take AlgaeCal Plus. It's sold alone or as a package with a Strontium Boost which I do not take because I tried it and it caused diarrhea. So I only buy AlgaeCal Plus from Amazon, and you're supposed to take 2 capsules twice per day. For all of last year, I only took it ONCE a day and my Dexa numbers improved. So after this last Dexa just a few weeks ago, I ordered more AlgaeCal Plus and now take it twice a day. I support you in not doing drug treatment as my understanding is once you start, you have to stay on them. Best wishes to you, we're all in this fight together. Power on my friend!!!

@brightlight66 thanks for your quick response. I'm sorry to hear the Strontium Boost gave you diarrhea. Sure hope that doesn't happen for me as I want to start doing the AlgaeCal Boost after my dexa scan. I agree, we're in this fight together! I'm a retired nurse who used to pass out drugs to my hospital patients all the time and now the older I get, the more anti drug I'm becoming! My greatest reliance is in God and the natural products He's provided for us. Blessings!

@brightlight66 Sorry to hear about your diarrhea . I can imagine it is difficult and inconvenient as I experienced diarrhea several times. ( HUMOR - Sex In The City cable or You Tube- vintage episode - Charlotte ‘s vacation in Mexico with Carrie and their friends. The diarrhea scene will bring a smile to your face)

I feel that meeting with an Endocrinologist MD has been helpful as far as my issues. Additionally, I add a quite a bit of yogurt to my daily diet, as well.

Best,

S.
