There are many, but you also have to follow the research - and we’re still in a “wild-west” phase where there are a lot of clinical trials, but no definitive therapeutics or medicines actively targeting proven markers or biomarkers for long covid.
Check out resources like RECOVER, etc. that are solely dedicated to the fight to combat long covid.
On the west coast, I know that UC Davis, UC San Francisco, and UC Los Angeles are involved in many long covid trials and continuing research. There are others, of course, but the extent to which clinicians and medical systems and individual hospitals serve/treat long covid conditions, is still all over the place.
While AI can bring many undesirable effects to our society, I am hopeful that the next few years, in conjunction with more human research and trials, will get us closer and closer to being able to effectively treat and help those suffering from the lingering effects of a covid infection.
