@sjde53 No. I am Medicare and very little of the mold regimen has been covered, but my PCP has been wonderful coordinating as much as he can with things like Itraconazole scrip. He can’t write a lab order because it’s not listed. When you source the test kit they will give you a list of commercial labs that will draw blood and send it in. Watch an Andrew Campbell YouTube.
