@joyboudreau My DEXA last summer claimed my spine was "unremarkable". Didn't even provide a number to go by. Many years ago, I was thrown from horseback and I herniated C-2 thru C-7 and fractured C-1 in my neck. I have nerve root compression, stenosis and some other things I cannot even spell...LOL. And yet my spine is unremarkable?? In 2012 I had a DEXA showing osteopenia, close to becoming osteoporosis in my spine and hips (hips now bi-laterally replaced), but once again, my spine is "unremarkable" per 2025 DEXA. It did show -3.3 in my forearm radius. The DEXA scan was performed at my endo's hospital. I place no faith in DEXA. A recent REMS scan reported -3.5 in my lumbar spine. Definitely not UNREMARKABLE!

@willowmena Oh, wow! That is crazy inconsistency. And that list of “I have…” is hard. I am so sorry. Truth is hard to find and with so many good people on both sides of whatever fence, finding a plan is a real challenge.
