newly diagnosed with growth on bladder which was surgically removed, I have breast cancer stage 3 being treated with letrozole and palbociclib. Consultant who dealt with Bladder tumour says that it could be Adenucarcinoma and it may have spread from the breast cancer.
I have conflicting medical comments from one Doctor saying it cannot spread from the breast and the other a consultant Urologist who says the biopsy is not sufficient and needs a pathology reportk to determine which it as, although he did say that a adenucarcinoma of the bladder is extremely rare

@alancarr1 you have a really tough situation to deal with. One would think that the pathology report could clear up the question of where this tumor originated. A quick search revealed this somewhat recent article that studied the rare patients who did have breast cancer metastases to the bladder. It states that it is more likely with invasive lobular carcinoma breast cancer. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7117603/
Perhaps you would benefit by a referral to a large cancer center or referral center with more experience dealing with rare cancers.
