The one thing I wonder about in my case is: I have had no surgery or radiation, just ADT and ARPI for 6 months. Will the nubeqa be effective enough to stop my (hopefully) returning testosterone that PSA rises slowly enough that I get 6 months before I go back on ADT....IDK.
