Shilajit for osteoporosis?

@mybones1 I took Tylenol prior to the Reclast infusion and was well hydrated. These are the only precautions I took. Unlike some reports I did not have any flu-like symptoms or fatigue after the infusion. It's been more than a year since the infusion and I do have stiffness in my lower back and hips however I was already diagnosed with osteoarthritis so it's difficult to know at this point whether the stiffness in my joints is due to the advancement of arthritis or the Reclast infusion. I'm going to ask my endocrinologist that very question when I see him again in December, 2026.

Thanks Helen. I may get off Prolia using reclast. I was also told that asking your endocrinologist to order a long infusion with a saline drip added.
I often wonder if we shouldn't expect some aches and pain because the meds are doing ...what seems to me...the heavy lifting of remodeling our poor bones.
