@katherinac Have these exercises helped to any significant degree? So far, exercising has not helped me as far as I can tell. At what point do I say, "enough"! I am really at my wit's end. Thanks for getting back to me.

Always remember what you do today does make a difference in your future. Keeping optimum blood flow to the area is a # 1 objective. Maintaining what you have is only a plus.
It does seem a bit harsh but for me it does help me think about what I do today makes a difference
