@jdssunflower Hello, just wanted to ask if you have sleep apnea? I ask because I was diagnosed with it (the CRNA noted it during a colonoscopy of all things!) and after starting on CPAP and using it regularly my BP has come down, especially in the morning. I have readings less than 120/80 every morning now..some quite a bit lower.
