In my case Gabapentin stopped working but then adding Cymbalta helped a lot.

@pkagarwal I take 60 mg of Cymbalta and I see no difference
I do not take anything else
Started on Cymbalta for anxiety / depression several yrs ago at 30 mg . So dr increased after neuropathy started
