Has anyone tried red light infrared boot to treat neuropathy. I have it in both feet & calf’s. Fortunately, I have no pain but numbness and balance problems. Exercise helps a lot with my balance..

@frankmoore yes, I have been using red light therapy for 7 years . I use it for 20 minutes a day. It really helped my foot pain and the numbness is still there but it has not increased. There are many red light therapy devices on the market so do research before buying one. Buy one that is medical grade, made in the US. I bought Healthlight and am happy with it
